“Illuminating Knowledge \u2013 Creating the Future”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Implementing Decision No. 701\/QD-UBND dated October 15, 2025, by the People’s Committee of Quang Ha Commune regarding the merger of Quang Chinh Secondary School, Quang Chinh Primary School, and Dan Chu School Site into Quang Chinh Primary & Secondary School.<\/p>\n

Starting from November 1, 2025, Quang Chinh Secondary School, Quang Chinh Primary School, and Dan Chu School Site are officially merged under the new name: QUANG CHINH PRIMARY & SECONDARY SCHOOL.<\/p>\n

1. History of Formation and Development<\/h2>\n

Quang Chinh Secondary School<\/b>, located in Quang Ha Commune, Quang Ninh Province, was established in 2001 after separating from Quang Chinh General School. Its mission is to provide secondary education to the local youth, preparing them for high school or vocational training. This contributes to the local and national workforce in the era of industrialization and modernization. Since the 2001-2002 academic year, the school has consistently been recognized as an “Advanced Labor Collective” and “Excellent Labor Collective.” Many teachers have earned titles such as District or Provincial Excellent Teachers and Emulation Soldiers. Numerous students have also won prizes in district and provincial academic excellence competitions. In April 2017, the school was recognized as a National Standard Secondary School by the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province (Decision No. 1126\/QD-UBND). By August 2024, it achieved Level 2 National Standard (Decision No. 248\/QD-SGDDT) and Level 3 Educational Quality Accreditation (Decision No. 247\/QD-SGDDT). Since then, the school has continued to strive to maintain and enhance these high standards.<\/p>\n

Quang Chinh Primary School<\/b> previously had its main headquarters in Quang Chinh 4 Village and a branch in Quang Le (Village 8). Throughout its development, the school overcame various challenges, including the distance between sites and insufficient facilities or teaching equipment. Thanks to the dedication of the staff and support from authorities, the school has persevered in its educational mission. In 2024, it was recognized for Level 2 quality standards and Level 1 National Standard.<\/p>\n

Dan Chu School Site<\/b>, located in Quang Long 2 Village, was formerly part of Quang Long Primary School (Duong Hoa Commune). It has now been separated and merged into Quang Chinh Primary & Secondary School.<\/p>\n

2. Facilities and Staff<\/h2>\n

Working Headquarters:<\/b> For the time being, the school will maintain all existing facilities of the former schools:<\/p>\n

      Quang Chinh Primary & Secondary School<\/b> inherits the entire staff, laborers, students, infrastructure, assets, teaching equipment, finances, and documentation from the merged entities.<\/p>\n

          3. Staff and Enrollment Scale<\/h3>\n

          Staff Composition:<\/b> The school has a total of 48 staff members (47 permanent civil servants and 01 contractual staff under Decree 111). The specific distribution is as follows:<\/p>\n

            Quang Chinh Secondary site:<\/b> 18 staff members (17 permanent, 01 contractual).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Dan Chu site:<\/b> 05 staff members.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            The school is fully equipped with classrooms and functional rooms. We have initially invested in modern teaching aids and equipment to support management, teaching, and learning. This ensures the effective application of Information Technology (IT) in school administration and pedagogy, meeting the demands of educational innovation and comprehensive quality improvement.<\/p>\n

            Enrollment Projections and Scale:<\/b> Quang Chinh Primary & Secondary School enrolls students who have completed the 5-year-old preschool program and the Primary education program from Villages 1 through 10 of Quang Chinh and Villages 1 and 2 of Quang Long within Quang Ha Commune. The projected scale is as follows:<\/p>\n

              Academic Year 2025-2026:<\/b> 31 classes with 951 students.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Academic Year 2026-2027:<\/b> 33 classes with 1,017 students.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Academic Year 2027-2028:<\/b> 33 classes with 1,040 students.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Academic Year 2028-2029:<\/b> 34 classes with 1,073 students.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Academic Year 2029-2030:<\/b> 34 classes with 1,094 students.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              4. Educational Quality<\/h3>\n

              The school maintains high educational standards, consistently meeting or exceeding annual targets:<\/p>\n

                Conduct:<\/b> Over 90% of students achieve “Good” or “Very Good” conduct ratings; discipline is strictly maintained.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                Academic Performance:<\/b> The percentage of students with “Good” and “Excellent” academic results increases steadily each year.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                Excellence Awards:<\/b> Our programs for gifted students in academic subjects, physical education, and sports have yielded encouraging results, including numerous district and provincial-level prizes and medals annually.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      The merger marks a new chapter for the school, opening opportunities for teachers and students to unite and innovate. Under the spirit of “Solidarity \u2013 Responsibility \u2013 Development,”<\/b> the collective of staff and students will work together to make Quang Chinh Primary & Secondary School a bright spot in the education system of Quang Ha Commune.<\/p>\n
