Speaking on education, President Ho Chi Minh taught: “For the sake of ten years, we must plant trees; for the sake of a hundred years, we must cultivate people,” and “no matter how difficult it is, we must emulate to teach well and learn well.” We take great pride in knowing that teaching is considered the noblest of all noble professions. In keeping with the tradition of “Venerating teachers and respecting morals,” November 20th has become a major national festival in our history.
