Implementing Decision No. 151-QD/DU dated October 24, 2025, by the Quang Ha Commune Party Committee regarding the establishment of the Party Committee of Quang Chinh Primary & Secondary School; and Decision No. 163-QD/DU dated October 28, 2025, by the Quang Ha Commune Party Committee on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Quang Chinh Primary & Secondary School.
On the afternoon of November 6, 2025, the Party Committee of Quang Chinh Primary & Secondary School held a Conference to announce the Decisions on establishing Party organizations under the school’s Party Committee.
Overview of the Conference
Attending and directing the conference were Comrade Nguyen Tien Duc – Member of the Commune Party Executive Committee and Vice Chairman of the People’s Council of Quang Ha Commune; and Comrade Bui Thi Khuyen – Specialist from the Party Building Board of Quang Ha Commune. Also present were all Party members of the school’s Party Committee.
At the conference, the Quang Ha Commune Party Committee announced and presented the Decisions to appoint the Executive Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the school’s Party Committee, as well as the Decisions to appoint the Inspection Committee, and the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the school’s Party Inspection Committee.
Comrade Ngo Thi Cham – Secretary of the Party Committee and Principal of the school, delivered an acceptance speech, expressing her honor, sense of responsibility, and determination to build an increasingly strong and united Party Committee.

In his keynote speech at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Tien Duc – Member of the Commune Party Executive Committee and Vice Chairman of the People’s Council of Quang Ha Commune, recognized and commended the efforts and achievements of the Party cells, staff, teachers, and employees of Quang Chinh Primary & Secondary School over the past years. He emphasized that the establishment of the school’s Party Committee is a recognition of the collective’s growth and dedication. At the same time, it presents an opportunity for the Party members to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, leading the school to successfully fulfill both its political and professional missions.

Following that, Comrade Ngo Thi Cham announced and presented the Decisions to establish the Secondary School Party Cell, the 1st & 2nd Grade Party Cell, and the 3rd, 4th & 5th Grade Party Cell under the school’s Party Committee. At the same time, she assigned duties to the Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of these cells, urging each Party cell to promote the spirit of solidarity, set exemplary standards, and take the lead in all movements to contribute to the continuous growth of the school’s Party Committee.

The conference took place in a solemn, enthusiastic, and proud atmosphere, marking a significant milestone in the development of Quang Chinh Primary & Secondary School. The establishment of the school’s Party Committee is an essential step in its ongoing growth and maturity. The conference clearly defined the strategic directions, goals, and key tasks, reflecting the high resolve and determination of all Party members. It emphasized their role as the political core in leading the successful fulfillment of professional missions and building a pedagogical collective characterized by solidarity, creativity, and strength, thereby contributing to the local educational development.
